A Living Practice of Tea

Explore how plants and ritual guide us back into relationship with the Earthand ourselves.

Providing a chance to listen to life’s intelligence

For me, ceremonies are a way of honoring relationship.

Each experience is shaped by where we are, the time of year, and the medicine of the plants themselves. A chance to move slower and more intentionally, opening ourselves up to the wisdom of all beings around us.

Rooted in Traditional Indigenous Medicines and ritual, we explore how the natural world speaks through cycles, stories, and the subtle language of the body.

This practice is held in service to community, offering ways to restore connection, steadiness, and an embodied sense of aliveness.
