Okra Water Mint Lemonade
Ingredients
1 cup of okra
2 cups of water
Fresh mint
1/3 cup of fresh squeezed lemon
Honey to taste (optional)
Instructions
Wash and slice the okra.
Cover with water and refrigerate over night.
Strain the fruit and seeds.
Add lemon and mint.
You can add honey if needed, but use sparingly to take advantage of blood sugar regulation effects.
Lasts in the refrigerator for 3 days.
