Ingredients

  • 1 cup of okra

  • 2 cups of water

  • Fresh mint

  • 1/3 cup of fresh squeezed lemon

  • Honey to taste (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash and slice the okra.

  • Cover with water and refrigerate over night.

  • Strain the fruit and seeds.

  • Add lemon and mint.

  • You can add honey if needed, but use sparingly to take advantage of blood sugar regulation effects.

  • Lasts in the refrigerator for 3 days.
