Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C).
Slice persimmons thinly (about 1/8-inch) using a mandoline or knife.
Lay slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, ensuring they don’t overlap.
Bake for 1.5-2 hours, flipping halfway through, until crisp.
