Iced Peach Tea for a Summer Skin Glow

Ingredients

  • 3 fresh peaches

  • 1/4 cup dried orange peels

  • 2 tbsp dried chrysanthemum flowers

  • 1/2 cup of dried rose petals

  • Ice cube tray

  • 4 1/2 cups of distilled water

  • 1/2 cup raw honey

  • soda water

Instructions

  1. Steep rose petals in boiling water for 5 minutes. Let cool and pour into ice trays. Freeze for at least 6 hours.

  2. Boil Chrysanthemum and Orange Peels in 4 cups of water for 5 min. Strain and set to the side

  3. Heat peaches and 1:1 ratio of honey and water together in a small saucepan on medium high heat. Cook until peaches are soft and begin to break down. Mash peaches into smaller parts if needed. Strain and set aside to cool.

  4. Add ice cubes, chrysanthemum orange tea, 2 tbsp of peach syrup, and olipop soda to a glass and enjoy!
